One of the most significant blessings of microcredit in Bangladesh is its impact on women’s empowerment. To create working capital for our beneficiaries we are helping them to be united and collecting savings weekly. We also help them to create employment opportunities through the distribution of loans to the beneficiaries as per their need. Step has a Microcredit Fund. We have taken bank loans to enrich the microcredit fund. Besides, we have enlisted as an associate organization of Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) by November 2023.
